how easy to be lazy amidst lack of care
how easy to lie to the wilfully unaware
how hard to make a mark today
how hard not to lose you way
some people reach this age
and have never earned a wage
and have never cared about it
i'm hard worker -- hear me shout it
indolence makes no sense
laziness built no fence
i was born with an inner fire
and i shall never ever retire
